Concentrate Development on Tier2 and Tier3 Cities

It is a right time to concentrate the Basic Infrastructure developments on Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities in through out India to have the development spread all over the places. One way it is the basic thought of Mahatma Gandhi to develop the Rural India , unfortunately that was not happend the Independence.

Even if you take the below are the Major Cities in Tamilnadu i.e.

South Zone:

Tier 2 Cities - Madurai , Tirunelveli ,Turicoin
Tier 3 Cities - Nagarkovil, Virudunagar , Rajapalayam,Srivilliputtur

West Zone:

Tier2 Cities - Coimbatore,Tiruppur, Salem, Erode
Tier3 Cities - Namakkal , Karur,

Central Zone:

Tier2 Cities - Tiruchirapalli, Kumbakonam, Thajavur
Tier3 Cities - Ariyalur, Tiruvarur

If the Industrialisation take places around these areas then the movement of people to the urban area will be restricted. We need to plan the basic infrastructure like Rail , Road transports and also the Hospitals in these areas.

Why don't the Government plan on bringing a One University in each District at least to start with for the Science, Arts and Commerce streams they can bring this.

The major benefits can be:

Plan to involve the younger generations in Agriculture - so that they can bring more latest technology and the food production can be improved much better.

Plan to develop Tourism - The government has to take very serious in this sector the Tourism industry is one of the major boost to any state and it not only creates employment also generates the foreign exchange.

Direct and Indirect employment opportunity - It also creates a direct and indirect employment opportunities among all levels.

Reduces the Crowd on Metros and Major Cities - It also reduces the crowd on Metros and also Major Cities.

Implementation of Second Broad Gauge Line in More Traffic Routes

One of the most traffic route in the Southern railway is the Chennai Egmore to Kanyakumari sector. Even if you try to book the ticket well in advance (80 to 90 Days) it is very difficult to get a ticket for any of the places in these sector.

But the railway is sleeping in implementing another track in these sectors. One thing is very true that these is one of the efficient sectors where the delays are very minimal and there are lots of trains are operated in a single track. The officials are with their minimal available resource they are very keen in carrying out the maintenance activity and also the quality checks.

Whenever the Railway Ministry is exploring the possibility of an expansion they are only looking at the revenue point. It is very true the revenue is most important but at the same time we need to look at the passenger safety and also Human effort.

If a rail is delayed for an hour how many human effort is wasted. They have to calculated in all other angle and plan to implement a project.

Population Census Figures - A Doubt

Every one is knows that the Population figures in India is around 120 Crores. It is a doubtful figure? Who is involved in the Census of the population it is a true fact we all know that the Government Officials (known for their Corruption, Lethargy, Irresponsibility) are involved in this process. What is the validating mechanism which the government has to cross verify all these figures.

If you see wherever you go there are lots of crowds, we need to book the rail ticket in advance, the buses are full, the hotels are full, the hospitals are full, the malls are full, the temples are full, the beaches and other resorts are full.

Why I am bringing all the above is , what is the real figures of the population. The above information is not only with respondent to the Metros even the 2tier and 3tier cities are like that.

The Government has to come out with a full proof mechanism in implementing the population of India.

CWG Game and Indian Politicians

It is really a very pathetic situation whether the CWG games will be held in time and also without any issue. Why only in our country is like that Is this our fate or curse.

There is nothing to blame the politicians only we have to blame the people of India because They have elected a wrong people for the Power so this is required for them.

For this we are giving a heavy price , Yes Our Fame , Our Dignity.

But what to do it is the fate of India , they are guided wrongly by all the Media and media's main objective is to somehow they wanted to ditch the nation in all areas.

அரசு மகளிர் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதாவைத் தாக்கல் செய்திருப்பது ஏதோ மகளிர் நலத்தின் மீதுள்ள அக்கறையால் என்று யாராவது நினைத்தால், அது தவறு. பிரச்னையைக் கிளப்பும் இந்த மசோதாவை இப்போது தாக்கல் செய்திருப்பது, ஒவ்வோர் இந்தியக் குடிமகளின் வருங்காலத்தையும் பாதிக்க இருக்கும் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய இன்னொரு மசோதா நாடு தழுவிய விவாதத்துக்கும், எதிர்ப்புக்கும் வழிகோலாமல் இருப்பதற்காக.


மகளிர் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதாவை மக்களின் கவனத்தைத் திசை திருப்பும் முயற்சியாகப் பயன்படுத்த முற்பட்டிருக்கிறது ஐக்கிய முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணி அரசு என்பதுதான் உண்மை.


இந்திய அமெரிக்க அணுசக்தி ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தான பிறகும் அணுமின்சக்தி உற்பத்திக்கான முயற்சிகள் ஏன் தொடங்கவில்லை என்று தெரியுமா? இந்தியாவில் முதலீடு செய்து அணுமின்சக்தியை உற்பத்தி செய்யப் பன்னாட்டு நிறுவனங்கள் தயாராக இல்லை என்று ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தான பிறகு தான் நமது அணுசக்தித் துறைக்குத் தெரிய வந்திருக்கிறது. அதற்கு என்ன காரணமாம்?


அணு உலைகள் வெடித்துச் சிதறி அதனால் ஏற்படும் விபத்துகளுக்கு இழப்புத் தொகை கொடுக்க வேண்டி வருமே என்கிற கவலையால்தான் அன்னிய நிறுவனங்கள் அணுமின்சக்தி நிலையங்களை நிறுவ முன்வரவில்லை என்பதுதான் காரணம். அதாவது, அன்னிய முதலீட்டாளர்கள் அணுமின்சக்தி நிலையங்களை நிறுவி, அதிக லாபத்துக்கு மின்சாரத்தை விற்று லாபம் சம்பாதிக்கத் தயார். ஆனால், விபத்துகள் ஏற்பட்டால் அதற்குப் பொறுப்பேற்கத் தயாராக இல்லை.

உடனே, நமது அரசு என்ன செய்ய முற்பட்டிருக்கிறது, தெரியுமா? இந்தியாவின் கடைசிக் குடிமகன்வரை, ஒவ்வொருவருடைய நன்மையையும், நல்வாழ்வையும் கருத்தில்கொண்டு செயல்படும் ஜனநாயக அரசு, தனது குடிமக்களைப் பற்றிய கவலையை விடுத்து, முதலீட்டாளர்களின் நன்மையைக் கருதி ஒரு சட்டத்தையே இயற்ற முன்வந்திருக்கிறது. அணுசக்தி விபத்துக்கான நஷ்டஈடு சட்டத்தின் முன்வரைவு இப்போது நாடாளுமன்றக் கூட்டத்தொடரில் நிறைவேற்றப்படக் காத்திருக்கிறது.


இந்தச் சட்ட முன்வரைவின்படி, அணுஉலைகளில் ஏற்படும் எந்தவித விபத்துக்கும் அணுமின்சக்தி நிலையம் நடத்தும் நிறுவனம்தான் பொறுப்பு. அப்படி விபத்து ஏற்படும்பட்சத்தில், அதிகபட்ச இழப்புத் தொகை ரூ. 2,785 கோடி மட்டுமே. அதுமட்டுமல்ல, அணுமின் நிலையம் நடத்துபவரின் பங்கு இதில் வெறும் ரூ. 500 கோடிதான். அதற்கும் அதிகமான தொகையை, அதாவது துண்டு விழும் ரூ. 1,805 கோடியை அரசு நமது வரிப்பணத்திலிருந்து ஈடுகட்டும். எப்படி இருக்கிறது கதை?


இப்படி ஒரு சட்டம் இயற்றி, அணுமின் நிலைய நிறுவனம் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டால் மட்டுமே, இந்தியாவுக்கு அணுமின்சக்தி நிலையம் தொடர்பான அணுஉலைகளையும் ஏனைய இயந்திரங்கள் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப உதவியையும் தங்களது நிறுவனங்கள் வழங்கும் என்று அமெரிக்க அரசு திட்டவட்டமாகக் கூறிவிட்டிருக்கிறது. இந்த நிபந்தனைகள் அணுசக்தி ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்திடுவதற்கு முன்பே விதிக்கப்பட்டதா, அதை இந்திய அரசு ஏற்றுக் கொண்டதா என்பது தெரியவில்லை.


இந்தச் சட்ட முன்வரைவைச் சுற்றுச்சூழல் மற்றும் வனத்துறையும், நிதியமைச்சகமும் கடுமையாக எதிர்த்ததாகத் தெரிகிறது. அணுக் கசிவாலோ, விபத்தாலோ மனித இனத்துக்கும், விலங்குகளுக்கும், சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கும் ஏற்படும் அபாயம் என்பது ஏதோ வாகன விபத்தாலோ, இயற்கைச் சீற்றங்களால் ஏற்படும் விபத்துகளாலோ ஏற்படுவதுபோல, அப்போது ஏற்பட்டு முடிவடைவதல்ல. இதன் பின்விளைவுகள் தலைமுறைகளைத் தாண்டி பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தக் கூடியவை.


சுமார் 75 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு ஹிரோஷிமா-நாகசாகியில் வீசப்பட்ட அணுகுண்டுகளின் பாதிப்பு தலைமுறைகளைக் கடந்து இப்போதும் அந்தப் பகுதியில் பிறக்கும் குழந்தைகளைப் பாதித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பது நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் உண்மை. போபால் விஷவாயுக் கசிவால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் குழந்தைகள் இப்போதும் பின்விளைவுகளைச் சந்திக்கும் அவலம் தொடர்கிறது. செர்னோபில் அணுஉலை விபத்தின் கோரம் இப்போதும் தொடர்கிறது.


இந்தச் சட்ட முன்வரைவு பொத்தம் பொதுவாக இழப்புத் தொகை இவ்வளவு என்று வரையறுக்கிறதே தவிர, அணுஉலை நிறுவுபவரின் நலனைப் பாதுகாக்கிறதே தவிர, இதனால் பாதிக்கப்படும் தனி நபருக்கும், அவரது வாரிசுகளுக்கும், இயற்கைக்கும் சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கும் என்ன இழப்புத் தொகை என்பதைச் சொல்ல மறுக்கிறதே, ஏன்?

நிதியமைச்சகம் முன்வைத்த நியாயமான எதிர்ப்பு என்ன தெரியுமா? அரசு நிறுவனமோ, தனியார் நிறுவனமோ, எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் கவனக் குறைவாலோ, தொழில்நுட்பத் தவறாலோ ஏற்படும் விபத்துக்கு சராசரி இந்தியக் குடிமகனின் வரிப்பணத்திலிருந்து இழப்புத்தொகை தரப்பட வேண்டிய அவசியம் என்ன என்பதுதான். அணு வியாபாரத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு லாபமடையத் துடிப்பவர்கள், அதனால் ஏற்படும் விபத்துக்கு முழுப் பொறுப்பேற்க மாட்டேன் என்று சொன்னால் எப்படி?


சுற்றுச்சூழல் மற்றும் வனத்துறையும், நிதியமைச்சகமும் முன்வைத்த எதிர்ப்புகளைப் புறம்தள்ளி பிரதமரின் நேரடித் தலையீடு இந்தச் சட்ட முன்வரைவை அமைச்சரவைக் கூட்டத்தில் நிறைவேற்ற வைத்துவிட்டது. இப்போது, மகளிர் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதாவின் மீதான அமளி என்கிற சந்தடி சாக்கில் விவாதத்துக்கு உள்படுத்தப்படாமலே நாடாளுமன்றத்திலும் நிறைவேற்றப்படும் அபாயம் காத்திருக்கிறது.


இந்தியக் குடிமகனின் உயிருக்கும் உடைமைக்கும் பாதுகாப்பைத் தர வேண்டிய அரசு, அணுமின்சக்தி நிலையங்களின் நன்மைக்காகத் தனது கடமையைக் கைகழுவுகிறது. நமது மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகளும், சமூக ஆர்வலர்களும், படித்த விவரம் அறிந்த பொறுப்புள்ள இந்தியக் குடிமக்களும் வேடிக்கை பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்.


நமது இடமே விலை பேசப்பட்டுவிடும் போலிருக்கிறது. நாம் இடஒதுக்கீடு பற்றிக் கவலைப்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். பேராபத்து காத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. நாம் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். தனிமனித உயிரின் மதிப்புத் தெரியாதவர்கள், தாய்நாட்டைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்படாதவர்கள், அன்னிய ஏகாதிபத்தியத்தின் ஏவலாளிகள் என்றெல்லாம் நமது முன்னோர்கள் வர்ணித்த காலனி ஆட்சி போய், நம்மை நாமே ஆட்சி செய்யும் லட்சணம் இதுதானா?

I had just gone through the news on the topic " India 10 years behind China in missile technology" i thought of sharing my view...

It is a known factor. As long as the Congress rules India , India never become Super Power. It is a clear strategic plan to weaken India through a relationship a Foreign origin person ruling India indirectly to weaken the country in all front. It is better the people of India have to awake and try to understand the evil designs of all the forces which is against India. The major evil is the media especially the English Channels like NDTV ,CNN-IBN and all the National newspapers. All these jokers will not allow India to become SuperPower.

The Media is a biggest enemy for India and India's development.

It is time to bring Back BJP, then only India will be self reliant in all the fronts.

Only BJP can bring India as a super power. Otherwise even like Srilanka type of countries will not give proper respect.
